Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation in Chicago is hiring! Help restore the communities of Back of the Yards and Englewood through radical hospitality, hope, and healing. We're looking for restorative justice-minded teammates to join our staff in the following roles:  

Director of Mission Advancement 

Director of Program Services 

Data & Development Coordinator 

Case Manager  

Both director-level positions are full-time, in-person, and require a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant work experience.  PBMR’s Director of Mission Advancement will lead PBMR’s fundraising, grants management, data management, communications, donor engagement, special events, and advancement operations efforts while helping guide organizational strategy and long-term sustainability.  PBMR’s Director of Programs will help guide organizational strategy, develop program leaders, strengthen program quality and impact, and ensure that PBMR’s services remain rooted in hospitality, hope, healing, accompaniment, and restorative justice.
